Essay on Corruption
Corruption means to make easy money by unfair means. At present, the society of our country is going from bad to worse. It has become a way of life in India. It has effective itself deeply in the social, political, economic and religious life of the nation.
During the struggle for independence simple living and high thinking, used to be ideals of our leaders. The English left India in
1947, corruption remained among the civil servants. But after the independence, corruption began to flourish in every walk of life.
Even in educational institutions, we find corruption. now -a -days, not only in the offices but also in colleges and schools corruptions are increasing day-by-day. I think that the politicians caused to spread corruption in society. In the election, they get money from the business and give concession to them. For this, they mix pibble in rice and other inferior materials in food items, fruits, and medicines. On the otherhand, clerks demand money for work in the offices. Thus the corruption is the grassroots in our society. It is everywhere
in our country. But especially in Bihar, the leaders, clerks, contractors are fully corrupted. We should always fight against it and rootout the growing cancer of it. The government should also take legal action against corruption.
The evil of corruption has taken its deep roots in our society. It is the bane of our social, political and economic life. No department of life is untouched by the canker of corruption. The honest men are rare to day. The majority of people are tarred with the black brush of corruption.
Corruption has spread its deadly tentacles everywhere. Its vicious circle is going on. The traders are corrupt. The politicians have gone corrupt. Even the pious temples of learnings have become corrupt. The spurious medicines are being manufactured. The black marketeers are sucking the blood of the innocent people. Smuggling is on the increase Smugglers operate their own autonomous parallel economy. They have been flourishing their business.
Thus 'Corruption' has become a part of our life. It is, no longer considered bane. It is very difficult to find even a single honest person in the society.
